When you know a thing to be wrong, at what point do you decide to act?

Twenty three years ago Jonathan May took steps to provide to the world an honest and transparent World Reserve. The aim was to provide a system of global finance that would remove the corrosive influence of the Federal Reserve. Observations of the current corrupt activities of the Federal Reserve should illustrate to most people just what a sensible step this would be.

For his troubles, bogus charges were concocted to incarcerate Mr May for several years in the US prison system. In 1986, Lindsay Williams interviewed him by phone from which comes the following video. What is discussed here still holds true. A relatively small cluster of clever but ultimately cold hearted, humorless psychopaths hold sway over the financial destiny of the people’s of the earth. They have embraced darkness and work to have it consume the rest of us.

The only way to deal with this sort of sillyness is not to oppose them. That only makes them stronger. But to build an honest transparent system that simply makes their system of financial coercion irrelevant.

Mr May sought to do this but was scuppered. The ideas still hold true though and the time for their revival is upon us.

TESTIMONY OF JONATHAN MAY

Jonathan May formerly worked for the International Monetary Fund in England. In the early 1980s he came to America with a plan to release Americans from debt to the banking system by employing the same “credit creating” system used by international banking. The law governing this system is the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC). May was initially successful. Eventually, however, he was targeted and imprisoned by the banking system. He is now in a Federal prison in the midwest. While in prison he was interviewed by Lindsey Williams via phone. The following is the text of that interview.

“There are thirteen families which effectively control the central banks of the hard currency countries of the world. The hard currency countries are those whose currency is not allowed to fluctuate as much as the other countries’ currency fluctuates. These thirteen families have the control of the policy-making and decision-making of the central banks of those countries. They all practice fractional reserve banking.

Fractional reserve banking has allowed the central banks to permit the prime banks to lend up to twenty-six units of currency for every one unit of currency they have on deposit. The owners andcontrollers of the prime banks are the same people who own and control the central banks.The initial final stage of System 2000 was put into effect in the mid-seventies. System 2000 is the global creditors unilateral totalitarian plan for the control of the world.

A Pentagon official and three other U.S. government officials went to the Prime Minister of Nigeria. They paid him $50,000,000 to more than double the price of body light crude oil. This is the crude oil of Nigeria which is some of the most valuable crude oil in the world. At the same time that the Prime Minister of Nigeria was being persuaded, other Trilateral Commission members were in the Middle East persuading the Middle East nations and England to consolidate OPEC. The deal cut with the Middle East oil producers was that the oil buyers were prepared to pay significantly higher prices for oil if the Middle East nations would invest the revenues in the big banks in America.

Sheik Yamani’s nephew assured us that Sheik Yamani and other oil min-isters did not know until late in the seventies or in the eighties that the controlling interest of the prime banks is held by the same people who have the controlling interest in the major oil companies. They control through a joint stock trust which was set up by the original Rockefellers here in America in 1870. This was three years before the United States government declared joint stock trusts illegal in 1873. It is this entity which is the ultimate controlling factor in America of the prime banks, the Federal Reserve, the major oil companies, and many other multi-nationals. This trust is in joint control of the Rockefeller Foundation and their European interest.

The deal cut with the Saudis, the Kuwaitis, and the middle eastern peoples was that they were to put their money in the prime banks in America. They did not know that the prime banks were able to lend twenty to one. All they were to receive was the interest on the money they deposited for between ten to thirty years. They were to receive the principal at the end of the term.

Because they had locked-in deposits from the Middle Eastern nations, the banks were able to make loans to the Third World nations. The banks relied on the greed of those ministers of those Third World nations to mis-handle the money. Over the years, that manipulated greed has caused those countries to be in the bankrupt position they are in today.

In 1981, I found out that the Hunt brothers of Texas and John Conley,the Governor of Texas, who was also the Under Secretary of the Treasury, hadsecretly tried to implement a new currency for Texas. They could legally dothis because Texas is only a part of the United States by treaty. Thistreaty is automatically renewed every year. It has become a tradition, obviously, that it is renewed every year because it is not actually, physically, renewed every year. This made it possible for Texas to create its own money.

The Hunts were in partnership with the Shah of Iran, a German bank, and an Austrian bank. The Hunts made one mistake. They were buying and sell-ing silver irresponsibly. They had one man doing both buying and selling on the same floors in all the exchanges. Wor got out and the result was that the German banker was murdered, the Austrian banker was so badly beaten that he will never get out of a mental institution, and the Hunts are virtually bank-rupt today. The Hunts had sixteen billions in worth at the time. The Shah was perfectly healthy when he left Iran. He was only declared sick when he arrived in America. He was held in “protective custody” in military bases where he was treated and became progressively worse and ultimately was shipped off to die.

In 1983, we became aware of the fact that a group of very, very quiet bank holding companies were extending credit wherever they felt like it, under whatever terms they felt like. They are authorized under Regulation Y, Section 225.4 of the United States Code to extend this credit. Those companies were receiving loans from the prime banks. With this money they were buying foreclosed real property and businesses with bricks and mortar from liquidations, foreclosures and bankruptcies. These were businesses which were affected by FDIC and FSLIC
foreclosures. We could not understand this, and between 1983 and 1985 we researched it and still could not understand it.

Then we found the answer in 1985 when we were approached by an emissary from President Marcos of the Philippines and President Saharte and others from Indonesia. They had a severe problem. Their problem was that, having borrowed all the money that they had borrowed, they now needed more money. The only way that the International Monetary Fund was prepared to lend them more money was if they would do three things:

1. Eliminate their own currencies and become Dollar denominated. This would eliminate cash altogether.

2. If they would go to a unilateral centralized credit card system. This was to be a part of their Social Security system, part of their identity system whereby everybody in the country would have a Social Security number which would be synonymous with a credit card number. Their Central Bank was to act as the wholesaler for credit which was extended to it by the new super bank. This was announced by Paul Volker on the 27th of October, 1985.

3. In order to help the economies of those countries, the International Monetary Fund was going to nominate external non-domestic corporations to properly engineer, exploit and excavate the minerals from those countries in return for PERPETUAL ROYALTIES.

This excavation would bring prosperity to the nation. Marcos was sharp enough to pick up on the word PERPETUAL, and realized he would be signing away the sovereignty of his nation. He was not prepared to do this. Marcos approached us through his emissary, Colonel Christopher Banis. We were aware of this offer made by
the International Monetary Fund through our connections in London who are close to Sir Jeffrey Howe. If they agreed to the International Monetary Fund’s terms and conditions, they were to have their existing debts forgiven, absolutely. New lines of credit were to be extended to them and the new lines of credit were to be under better terms and conditions.

When we heard the term PERPETUAL, and when we heard the words “Totally forgiven”, we immediately began to recognize what was happening.Another group of holding companies was operating with the previous group of holding companies. The second group of holding companies was receiving credit from the first group to purchase assets and liabilities from the prime banks. The only liabilities they were purchasing were the liabilities represented by the deposits of the Arab nations. The only assets they were buying were the assets represented by the loans made to some of the debtor nations.

It then became clear, through our own people in the Trilateral Com-mission, that the forgiveness of the Third World debts would eliminate the assets which were being purchased by this second group of holding companies. This left them only with the liabilities that were owed to the Middle East nations and being serviced by the prime banks.The Arab nations had no idea that these liabilities were now owed by the holding companies and that the debtor nations had stopped paying the prime banks. The prime banks’ and holding companies’ arrangements were that the prime banks were to act as servicing agents for the holding companies so that the Third World nations would not know that the holding companies were owed the money.

The effect of the elimination of the assets of the second group of holding companies is threefold:

1. The holding companies would be insolvent and would legally be able to declare themselves insolvent.

2. They could legally and legitimately avoid payment to the Middle Eastern Nations.

3. The Middle Eastern Arab nations will have to liquidate all their other assets.

These assets are represented by U.S. corporate ownership and many billions of dollars worth of U.S. stock. The effect of the Saudis and Kuwaitis and the Middle Eastern people’s sale of even 25% of their total holdings on the U.S. market would be absolutely chaotic in terms of the stock market, real estate and everything else.The catastrophic effect has been designed to throw the American stock market, the American corporations, the American real estate, and people in general into a state of confusion. The plan is that this state of con-fusion will begreated with the salvation of the benevolent bankers on three fronts:

1. They propose to eliminate cash because of the collapse.

2. Stop drug trafficking because the drug traffickers would now have no money to use.

3. Stop tax cheating.

NOBODY CAN ARGUE WITH ANY OF THESE REASONS. It is at this point that they intend to implement a mandatory credit card identity Social Security government. There will be an I.D. card which will be satellite linked through the “Star Wars program”. Only 40% of “Star Wars” has anything to do with defense. 60% is designed for transmission of banking information instantaneously to the central banks which will be the super banks into which all the major banks of the world will be linked. The super bank is to be the wholesaler and the prime banks are to be the retailers in the foreign countries that have capitulated to the International Monetary Fund’s program.

It inly takes 5% of the total debtor nations to equal all of the deposits of the Saudis that are in the banks. The reason for this is the twenty-to-one ratio of fractional reserve banking. In works in contrary reverse. It doesn’t take many nations to agree to the International Mon-etary Fund’s proposal for the total volume of money owed to equal the total volume of money on deposit from the Saudis. Twenty debtor nations have already agreed to the International Monetary Fund’s proposal.The resultant collapse of the second group of holding companies will precipitate the Saudis’ and Kuwaitis’ liquidation of assets.

When the second group of holding companies are unable to pay the private group of bank holding companies the money they owe them from the credit extended to them to buy the assets and liabilities, it will precip-itate those bank holding companies inability to pay the loans extended to them by the prime banks to buy the foreclosed land which was used as collateral to secure those loans. Ultimately, the prime banks will end up with all the properties.

President Garcia of Peru announced in February of this year that they were absolutely not going to pay the International Monetary Fund. Rockefeller himself went to Peru in February of 1986. Rockeffeler personally made the offer to Garcia of the three-point proposal which was mentioned earlier. Garcia told David that if he wasn’t out of the country in twenty-four hours that he would have him arrested for racketeering.

You will see the foreclosures on real property in America stepped up drastically by the FDIC and FSLIC. They are using gangsteristic tactics to achieve their objective for their masters.

Since the advent of the manipulation of the oil producing countries to sell all their oil in U.S. dollars, the entire world trade is now denom-inated in U.S. dollars because of the volitility of all the other currencies. The entire trading volume of the world will be totally and absolutely beholden to the super banks. When System 2000 is put into effect, the super banks will be the only source of “U.S. Dollars” credit. There will be no cash.”

Why do governments want to ban smoking? I mean, it’s not as if they actually care about their citizens’ health. If so, they would spend more on healing than killing. But, more to the point, they would address the far more personally and socially destructive effects of alcohol and refined sugar, (which of course, are one and the same) evidenced by alcohol fueled late night violence and sex between drunken obese teenagers (and beyond), who cram casualty departments and make our city centres no-go areas until the sun comes up.

Yet, regardless of this epidemic, because the sugar/alcohol multinationals’ influence is so powerful, health is a minor distraction – however, tobacco companies carry the same political influence, so this is not the reason. In addition, governments make billions annually from smoking: taxes, needless to say, but also in terms of unneeded pensions and the extraordinary savings in health care which escalate dramatically in old age.

Given this perspective, is it not strange that whilst not exactly pushing it, (they would not want to appear heartless now, would they?) governments do not offer smoking the same tacit approval they give to alcohol, junk food and gambling – all of which are many times more socially destructive?

So why do they hate smoking so much?

It was a question that had tumbled around in my head for months. The best I could come up with, was that they wanted to use the fields for a more lucrative crop. But what, barring illicit drugs, could generate such revenue? (Particularly with Heroin production back up to pre Taliban levels.) It just did not make sense.

Then, by chance i happened upon ‘Political Ponerology’ by Andrew Lobaczewski, which considers how wicked, power hungry people gradually take control over society. And he points out, that the last organised attempt to stifle smoking on the scale now under way in Europe and the United States was in pre-war Germany, under the Nazis. (P.156)

You see, what Nazi scientists discovered very soon into their research, was that carbon-monoxide, a central component of tobacco smoke, creates resistance to pathocratic influence: i.e. imbibers are more likely to question and less likely to blindly follow orders from psychopathic leadership (perhaps we could think of it as ‘attitude’, as symbolised by ’50s icons like James Dean and Marlon Brando). What is more, research also suggests ’second-hand smoke’, as breathed by children of smokers, may in fact immunise them against the influence of psychopaths. Hardly useful, one would suggest, if the objective is filling heads with supremacist beliefs and obtaining undivided loyalty.

To Nazi leadership, with their early, unsophisticated attempts at propaganda, reducing peoples’ critical thinking and increasing their susceptibility to messages of hate and fear and identification were central to their objective. So while the government made supply of tobacco increasingly difficult, and smoking areas increasingly limited, the Nazi propaganda machine set about pushing the party line, vilifying and condemning “red-man’s weed” and persecuting those who would smoke it. It was a campaign begun in the mid 1930s and continued and intensified until they were finally overthrown. Today, when one considers the enormous advances in psychological warfare, be it for product sales, national/religious/corporate identity or fear of the other, and the increasingly sophisticated delivery techniques, the need for smoking to be eradicated becomes blazingly obvious. What government or corporation (or religion) in their right mind, whose primary goals are submission and association, cannot see the benefit of losing a few million in taxes, pensions, operations… for the benefit of a compliant, malleable ready made workforce, and market. From such a perspective, considering our current political and corporate leadership, it is clear, smoking never stood a chance.

What a good job we have a free and independent news media to stand up for the citizen, expose authoritarian lies and ensure governments and corporations cannot cynically manipulate and frighten people into servicing their nefarious goals… oh, err… looks like we’re in big trouble.

I was wrong! Yes difficult to come to terms with I know, but I was. If you have been of the same schools of thought, you were wrong as well. Whilst I still hold the media greatly responsible for all the things aforementioned, I have uncovered a group of “animals” far more dangerous in our midst that should be avoided at all costs who have covertly been aiding these media pariahs. Just like Chameleons they blend in with their surroundings. Like Wild Cats they move silently amongst us. They are as lethal as a poisonous snake and as powerful as a bear. Their stench can be sensed at a great distance by the trained tracker but generally they go undetected in a waft of perfume, money and shining white teeth. What are they? Yes you have guessed, celebrities!

Whilst the only way to present this very serious problem is with one”s tongue firmly planted in one”s cheek and with an air of humour and sarcasm, I urge you to delve deeper into this most serious of agendas being played out by the sinister controllers of our very souls. A Trojan horse has been delivered in our Lounge via a flat screen. A time bomb has been sent to our front door wrapped in Hello magazine. We are being subjected to mindless sounds through our radios and listening to the news they want you to hear. Who is making the delivery of these tools of war? Celebrities. They are no longer the minstrels and drummer boys, no longer are they court jesters and clowns. It is now impossible to define who and who is not a celebrity. But instead of being an arty performer or entertaining fool they have been awarded a new status. Important. With importance comes money; with money comes power.

So how do you become a Celebrity? There is no formula. Celebrity status can occur overnight and sometimes through tragedy.

Not far from where I live the tragic abduction and subsequent murder of a sweet little girl called Sarah Payne took place. Why the culprit is allowed to continue to be alive I am not sure but that is another rant for another day! I understand those who would wish their loved one not to have died in vain and who start up charities and campaigns in their memory. But I am afraid the desire to be in front of the cameras is a temptation that some seem unable to resist.

Soon after this tragedy I saw a documentary on one of my brief forays through the television channels and behold this little girls Mother and Step Father were being featured and paid for, to spend time with the Los Angeles police force swapping information about child abduction and the methods for bringing the perpetrators to justice! What the hell does she know about the subject. Why take advice from a woman who has allowed her very young daughter out of her sight in a field near a lonely country lane with just other children to care for her. She knows nothing about child care as far as I am concerned. It is like asking Gordon Brown”s advice on how not to lose your eye when playing Rugby. He does not know, because he did!

The pressure of this tragedy or the constant self sought media attention and world travel was too much for the Payne”s marriage and they split after he turned to drink and allegedly knocked her about a bit or maybe he could not bear seeing her ugly mug in another newspaper! The whole story became about them and not little Sarah. At the turn of the year the papers were full of pictures of her ( the incompetent Mother) and Gordon Brown (the one eyed former Rugby player) laughing and joking at Number Ten undoubtedly swapping stories of child care and health and safety on a Rugby field whilst she received an MBE! For what? She has become important and important enough to meet the Prime Minister no less.

Oh dear! Then there is Jade Goody. I am very sorry for her children and immediate family. But no more sorry than I am for any other person”s family who is losing or has lost a loved one. It is an insult to all us “nobodies” who are in the same situation that she got such a media outpouring of publicity and emotion. “Celebrity” is no longer an accolade bestowed on famous entertainers and the like, it is a qualification you earn through your marketable value with Hello and OK magazine. I am sorry Jade but your public display whilst shuffling off your mortal coil made me dislike you more in death than I did in life. “Celebrity” is now a celebrity on celebrity perpetuation of their own myths. I understand that Michael (I used to be black and proud but now white and disfigured alleged kid fiddling nut case) Jackson has decided he would like to go to her funeral. Obviously he sees her as a high profile celebrity whose bandwagon he can jump on whilst he is systematically conspiring to fall off his own. No change there then Michael! The self styled “King of Pop” tried to perpetuate this status by marrying the real King”s (Elvis) daughter who was only famous for being his daughter. What a bizarre plan! As far as I am concerned the only thriller surrounding this idiot is how soon it will be before his nose falls off!

Now, I am an egg chaser so I know little about the game known as Soccer. However I am led to believe by those that know about these things that one David Beckham is or has been one of the great exponents of this alleged art. So why is he more famous for earning money and spending it? Why is he more famous for marrying Posh Spice? Here comes the same plot … Whilst he is famous for marrying a Spice Girl she is more famous for marrying him than her self confessed inability to sing. Do I detect an agenda here of mutual admiration and self perpetuation of a “Celebrity Status”? I think so. The list of self perpetuating celebrities is endless. If a soap star puts in a great acting performance (few and far between) it would not make a headline anywhere, however flashing her womanhood whilst falling out of a car drunk as badger is a headline scoop!

So where is all this going? At the start of this “rant” I mentioned danger from these people, so where is it coming from? Well it is fair to say that many of these “celebs” are unaware of how they are being used. Laughably many of them think it is their own skills and charisma that is achieving their high profile. I am afraid the danger is created by all the same old villains. Bankers, Financiers, Members of Parliament and High Wealth Individuals. They have all come to realise that we now spot their agendas a mile off so have had to stand behind some more socially acceptable figureheads to the masses. Celebrities drew the short or the long straw whichever way you look at it. There is only one sadder group of people than these and that is people who have achieved something in another sphere and have become a High Wealth Individual but crave celebrity status. Are we seriously led to believe that the diminutive “barrow boy” Alan Sugar relies on those two grey boring planks he appears with on his show “The Apprentice” to advise him in running his empire? I don”t think HE runs it, let alone them! Why does he want to be a celebrity?

All those who watch big brother, buy into soaps, watch The Apprentice, read OK and Hello, believe great singers are made by Simon Cowell and that Ronaldo and David are really important people … are doomed! The rest of us will eventually get dragged down by the majority if we are not careful. These Celebrity myths have huge money and resources pushing them and paying them and of course brainwashing them in believing they are important. Was I dreaming or did that religious pious family man former Prime Minister Tony Blair invite those two obnoxious former Manchester car thieves Noel and Liam Gallagher to Number Ten for tea! He did! He made them important.

But probably behind all this evil is Saturn himself. He has arrived on earth to bridge the gap between M.P’s, money and all things powerful and the poor subjects of doom and enslavement …us. His name is … The Media Publicist. There are an increasing number of these blood sucking parasites and they must be stamped on at every and the earliest opportunity when they show themselves in the public domain. They are the purveyors of lies, lies and more lies. They are the brainwashers of footballers, models, pop stars and nobodies that fall into their grasp. The pinnacle of their evil was epitomised at the death bed of that “iconic queen of reality television, best mother in the world, bravest person on the planet, good friend of the tabloids and all round good egg” (thinly disguised bald joke) “Our Jade”, when it was her publicist (not her beloved family or the medical profession) Max (“I’m not making a fortune out of this, honest”) Clifford who telephoned a statement immediately after her demise that he insisted was read word for word. It read; “Max Clifford has just phoned into to say blah blah blah”.

Now, I have to be off as I must find someone “important” to stamp on.

Sir John Rants

Not surprisingly we cover certain aspects of the current economic meltdown but also some of the bigger picture issues with regards to the unfolding of human consciousness and how each of us can begin the process of becoming ever more responsible for building the type of world we want to live in.

Stefan Molyneux does not merely shine a light here, but takes a laser beam to cut into the true structures of control and the deluded condition of most of us here on the farm. Freedom beckons and this presentation is a clarion call to dispel the deception and begin the process of becoming freemen and freewomen.
